A funeral mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 10 at 2 PM at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Mr. Bushnell passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2009 in Basile. He is survived by his wife, Bernadine Duhon Bushnell of Basile; two daughters, Tammy Miller of Iowa & Kallie Fruge of Basile; 3 grandchildren; a brother, Kenneth Bushnell of Basile. He was preceded in death by his parents, Murphy Bushnell & Hattie Ardoin Bushnell; a brother, Sherman Bushnell; granddaughter, Montanna Fruge. Visitation will begin on Monday, March 9th at 9 AM at the Basile location until 10 PM. A rosary will be prayed Monday evening, 7 PM. The service will be at St. Augustine Catholic Church on Tuesday, 2 PM. Burial will be at St. Augustine Cemetery in Basile.
