Obituary
John "Whitney" Blanchard, age 72, of Eunice, La., died Thursday, May 6, 2010, at Eunice Manor in Eunice, La. .
He is preceded in death by his Parents, Zannie & Estella Leger Blanchard; and his wife, Melba Cormier Blanchard.
Visitation is from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM Friday, May 7, 2010 with a rosary by Fr. Austin Leger @ 7:00 PM. Reopen at 8:00 AM Saturday. Funeral mass officiated by Fr. Austin Leger will be at St. Anthony Catholic Church at 11:00 AM Saturday, May 8, 2010 . Entombment will be at St. Paul Mausoleum in Eunice, La. Quirk & Son Funeral Home, 121 S. 6th. Street of Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
