John William (Bill) Carruth, Jr., age 82 of Eunice, LA, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012, at Oak Lane Nursing Home.

Bill is survived by a son, John William "Billy" Carruth, III and wife Sharon of Madison, Maine; two daughters, Laurie Latiolais and husband Rickie of Eunice, LA and Angie Belfour and husband Michael of Eunice, LA; two sisters, Becky Willoughby of Summit, Mississippi and Mary Jo Young of Summit, Mississippi; six grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, John William, Sr. and Sarah Shrader Carruth; two brothers, Charles and David Carruth.

Bill will be buried at Adams United Methodist Cemetery in Summit, Mississippi on July 21, 2012.
