Jewell Marie Pavur passed away on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at the age of 84. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Monsignor Robert Romero will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Paul Mausoleum. At the request of family, visitation will be on Thursday, June 13, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM and resume on Friday, June 14, 2019 at 8:00 AM until time of service. A rosary will be recited on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM by Charlotte Leger, Godchild of Mrs. Jewell. Jewell is survived by her husband, Louis Pavur; one son, Louis "Sonny" Pavur II and wife Nancy; one daughter, Suzanne Wimberly; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Azena Girouard Hebert; one brother, Leo Hebert; four sisters, Louise Primeaux, Adele LeBouef, Pauline Meaux, Zoe Bodin.
