A funeral service for Mr. Jess Burnett, 91, will be held on Friday, January 9, 2009, at 11 AM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with entombment at St. Paul Mausoleum. Jess is survived by his four daughters, Lonell White, Bobbie Feucht & her husband Richard of Ville Platte, shelia Young & her husband Donald of Lake Charles, Jessica Boudreaux of Shreveport; 14 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 2 great great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Amy Latour Burnett; second wife Rose Mary Reed Burnett; his daughter, Kimberly Bergeron; [parents, Sherod and Marie Hollier Burnett; brothers, Roy, Hoy, Sidney Burnett; sisters, Hazel Clue & Floy Aucion.Quirk & Son Funeral Home, 121 S. 6th.
