Jeremy Scott Slocum passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at the age of 43. No Services have been planned at this time. Jeremy is survived by his parents, Christine Middlebrooks Prather and Barry W. Prather; one son, Jacob Slocum; one daughter, Elizabeth Slocum; three sisters, Summer Guilliot and husband Jimmy, Spring Prather, Autumn Fontenot and husband Brennon.
