Janelle Mire Manuel passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at the age of 77. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Sal Istre officiating. Burial will follow in St. Edwards Cemetery in Richard. Janelle is survived by one son, Berkman Manuel and wife Jane; two daughters, Monica Daville, Michele Fuselier and husband Mac; two brothers, Louis Mire, Patrick Mire; one sister, Geneva Kerstein; seven grandchildren, Casey Comeaux, Ryan Deville, Garrett Daville, Nicholas Tapia-Fuselier, Ashley Bordelon, Hillary Fuselier, Paige Hulin; eleven great-grandchildren, Kaylee, Rylie, Dru Michael, Jayce, Kameryn, Emma, Everett, Annalee, Eli, Corey, Amelia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Manuel; parents, Felix and Bernice Touchet Mire; one brother, Hilary Mire.
