James Destry Bertrand passed away on August 22, 2018 at the age of 54.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Courville Cemetery in Eunice.

James is survived by his three brothers, Stevie Bertrand and wife Tina, Lloyd Bertrand, and Dawin Bertrand and wife Sharon; and two sisters, Angie Johnson and Megan Bertrand.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Whitney Bertrand and Mary Whittaker Cormier.

Graveside services are pending at this time. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
