A funeral mass for Mrs. Irene David Miller, 79, will be held on Thursday at 3 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church with burial to follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Fr. Joshua Guillory will officiate. Irene passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2009. She is survived by her daughter, Becky Manuel of Eunice; her son, Garrett & wife Myrna Miller of Eunice; a brother, Audrey David of Eunice; 7 grandchildren and 3 great grand children. Irene was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence E. Miller; her father, Alphonse David and her mother Leta Manuel LaFleur; a brother, Wiggam David and two sisters, Ella Ruith Fontenot and Annette Soileau. A rosary will be prayed by Deacon David Guillory on Wednesday at 6 PM. Visitation will begin at 2 PM until 9 PM. The funera home will reopen on Thursday at 8 AM until service time.
