Irene Janise Credeur passed away on Saturday, August 8, 2015, at the age of 75

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, August 09, 2015, at 4:00 PM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Father Clinton Sensat will officiate.

Irene is survived by two daughters, Sherry Mire and husband Fredrick of Rayne and Karen West and husband Robert of Duson; three brothers, Clifford Janise and wife Dianne of Eunice, Clayton Janise and wife Sharon of Jennings, and Sherman Janise and wife Marie of Duson; four sisters, Betty Guillory of Eunice, Jane Boone and husband Tave of Eunice, Christine Fontenot of Eunice, and Jackie Janise of Lafayette; a son-in-law, Joe Fontenot of Eunice; eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and one great great-grandchild.

Irene was preceded in death by her parents, Exile Janise and Delia Lejeune Janise; her first husband, Constant "TT" Credeur; one sister, Lisa Janise.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Sunday, August 09, 2015, from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A rosary will be prayed at 6:00 PM by Deacon David Guillory. The funeral home will reopen on Monday at 8:00 AM for visitation until the time of service.
