Howard "Joe" Leger, Jr. passed away on Monday, April 12, 2021 at the age of 78. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until 10:00 PM on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM until time of Services on Thursday. "Joe" is survived by three sons, Greg Leger and wife Shelia, Ricky Leger and wife Kay, Kert Leger and wife Paula; one daughter, Sherie Courville and husband Gary; four brothers, James "T" Leger, Mike G. Leger, Ronnie Leger, Brendon Leger; one sister, Laura Frey; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Jeanette Thibodeaux Leger and Howard Leger, Sr.; one grandchild, Hunter Ty Courville.
