Horace Thibodeaux passed away on Friday January 24, 2014 at the age of 87. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday March 15, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at First Methodist Church in Eunice. Horace is survived by three daughters, Cheryl LaFleur and her husband Dale of Opelousas, Jackie Linares and her husband Rolando of Wichita, KS, and Candie LaFleur of Sulphur; two sons, Tommy Thibodeaux and his wife Judy of Basile and Britt Thibodeaux and his wife Shelly of Eunice; one brother, Russell Thibodeaux of Eunice; thirteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grand children. He was preceded in death by his parents, Maurice and Odelia Comeaux Thibodeaux, Sr.; his wife, Joyce Doucet Thibodeaux; one son, Scott Thibodeaux; one brother, Maurice Thibodeaux, Jr., and one sister, Velma Cormier. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
