Hilda Benoit Richard passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024 at the age of 76. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, July 9, 2024 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Dennis Gotreaux officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held on Tuesday from 8:00 AM until time of Services. Her son, Dwayne Richard, will pray a Rosary at 11:00 AM. Hilda is survived by her son, Dwayne Richard; one brother, Shelton Smith (Gwen); four nieces; Brandy Smith, Tabitha Smith, Shelly Smith and Michelle Smith, as well as numerous great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ewel and Iris Marks Benoit and her sister, Grace Benoit.
