A funeral service for Mr. Herbert I. Arnold, Age 81, will be held on Monday, January 4, 2010 at 9 AM at Emmanuel Baptist Church. Mr. Hebert's grandson, Reverands Josh Johnson and Corey Oliver, will officiate. Coby Leger, grandson, will be the soloist. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Mr. Arnold was born on September 29, 1928 and died on Jaunary 1, 2010. He will be sadly missed by his wife, Judith Leach Arnold of Eunice; 8 daughters, Diane Olivier of Eunice, Linda Gail Manuel & her husband David of Morgan City, Brenda Sue Leger and her husband Rick of Eunice, Jan Marie Ippariquirre and her husband, Ceras of Morgan City, Tammy Jean Johnson and Donald, Sr. of Durald, Terresa Jean Thibodeaux and her husband, Stephen of Wentzville, MO, Laura Ann Ford of Iota and Joanie Arnold of Eunice; a son, Johnathan Arnold of Eunice; 3 sisters, Laura A. Fruge of Eunice, Dorothy A. Amy of Eunice and Mary Jane Roy of Lafayette; brother, Francis Arnold of Henderson; 14 grandchildren and 39 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Evelyn Johnson Arnold; 2 brothers, Leroy and Hardy Arnold.
