Hendrick "Mat" Matthew McGee passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at the age of 67. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at St. Anthony Catholic Church with Father Sal Istre officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday until time of Services. "Matt" is survived by one son, Michael McGee and wife Shelly; two daughters, Melissa McGee, Mecah Deville; one brother, Mark McGee; one sister, Rebecca Valero; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cathy Stanley McGee; parents, Hannon and Velma LeBouef McGee.
