Hazel L. Perkins passed away Thursday, April 5, 2012, at the age of 89. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, April 7, 2012 at 11:30 AM at St, Thomas More Catholic Church in Eunice. Vistiation will begin on Friday, April 6, 2012 from 10 AM to 10PM. A Rosary will be prayed on Friday at 6 PM. Hazel is survived by three daughters; Evelyn P. and husband Stephen Bundick of Eunick; Charlotte P. and husband Chris Hargroder of WA; and Nell P. Fontenot of Eunice; One son; John W. Perkins of Eunice; One brother; John B. LeJeune of Eunice; Eight grand children and nine great grand children. She is preceded in death by her parents; Adolph and Odile Matt LeJeune; Her husband Woodard Perkins; Three brothers; Joseph LeJeune, Leonce LeJeune, and Thomas LeJeune; and Three sisters; Sadie Marcantel, Ella Sattler, and Rosa Mae Doucet.
