A funeral service for Mrs. Hazel Johnson Guidry, 85, will be held on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 1 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home with burial in Courville Cemetery. Fr. Cedric Sonnier, Pastor , St. Thomas More Catholic Church will offciated. Hazel passed away on Sunday , September 5, 2010. She is survived by her daughter, Mona Pierrottie and her husband Kenneth; a daughter-in-law, Kathleen Guidry; a son-in-law, David LeJeune; 10 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. Hazel was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Guidry; a son, Sherwin Guidry; a daughter, Jenice Lejeune; parents, Gustave & Marie Courville Johnson and numerous brothers and sisters. Visitation will begin Monday, September 6 from 1 PM to 10 PM and again on Tuesday from 8 AM until service time.
