Harvey Dale James Fontenot passed away on Monday, December 28, 2015, at the age of 64.

No Memorial Service is planned at this time.

Harvey is survived by his mother, Rose Bergeron Rozas and stepdad Albert of Eunice; three daughters, Denise F. Ortego and husband Chad of Carencro, Penni Fontenot of Lafayette, and Sarah Lafleur and husband Moise of Eunice; three sons, Troy Fontenot and wife Lisa of Lafayette, Casey Fontenot of Slidell, and Eric Scott Fontenot of Lafayette; three sisters, Deborah Olivier of Eunice, Charmane Richard of Eunice, and Connie Guidry of Lewisburg; two brothers, Patrick Fontenot of Iota and Marcus Fontenot of Sunset; ten grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Harvey was preceded in death by his father, Dewey Fontenot.
