Harold James Botley passed away on Friday, August 16, 2019 at the age of 62. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St Augustine Catholic Church in Basile with Father Kennon Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Assumption Cemetery in Basile. At the request of family, visitation will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2019 from 8:00 AM until time of Services at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Basile, La. Harold is survived by one son, Christopher Botley; two daughters, Jennifer Guillory and husband Chad, Heather Botley; three brothers, Alvin Botley, Sr., Rodney Botley, Sr., Michael Botley, Sr.; two sisters, Shennetah Rogers, Gaynell Balque; two grandchildren, Ava Guillory and Cade Guillory. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Botley; his wife, Eva Belton Botley; one brother, Erwin Botley.
