Gwendolyn Darleen Stringer passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024 at the age of 55. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:30 PM on Thursday, December 19, 2024 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church with Father Sam Fontana Celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM with a Rosary by Deacon Gary Gaudin at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Thursday at 8:00 AM until 1:10 PM. "Gwen" is survived by her son, Brock Reed (Logan); two daughters, Brittany Shircliff (Jarrell), Bailie Reed; her mother, Evelyn Meyers Stringer; her brother, Charles Stringer (Kelly); seven grandchildren, Lane, Ryleigh-Beth, Cord, Knox, Cooper, Lawson and Weston. She was preceded in death by her father, Charles Cecil Stringer; her maternal grandparents, Cullom and Vivian Slaughter Meyers; her paternal grandparents, William and Jimmie B. Stringer.
