Gloria Sandoz Moody passed away on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, at the age of 95.

Visitation will be held on Friday, March 23, 2018, from 4 to 10 PM. at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. A service will be held Saturday, March 24, 2018 at 11AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home followed by burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Gloria is survived by one daughter, Cheryl Moody Alexander and husband, Dennis, two sons, Kent Moody and Glenn Moody, twelve grandchildren, and 22 great grandchildren and one daughter in law, Dolores Moody.

Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence Sandoz and Cecile Sandoz; her husband Claud Moody Sr.; two sons Claud "Rusty" Moody and Dennis Moody; two brothers, Lawrence Sandoz Jr. and William Sandoz; and two grandchildren, Caleb Moody and Cesily Moody.

Gloria was in the insurance business in Eunice for over 40 years, an avid bridge player, and has resided with her daughter, Cheryl, for the past 8 years in Austin, Texas. She was very active in the Eunice community and was instrumental in founding the local library.

Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
