Gloria Jane Deshotel Miller passed away on Sunday, September 21, 2025 at the age of 78. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at St. Thomas Chapel with Father Korey Lavergne Celebrant. Burial will follow in Verret Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held the same day at Quirk & Son from 10:00 AM until time of departure for Services. Gloria is survived by one son, Harold Miller, Jr. (Donna); two daughters, Pam Thibodeaux (David), Gwen Lanclos (Mitchell); eleven grandchildren, Chad Thibodeaux, Jr., Kristi Hawkins (Lance), Chadlea Thibodeaux (Elijah), Heather Sloan (Jantz) , Kaitlyn Lanclos (Nathaniel), Brittany Reed (Samuel), Gregory Miller, Hunter Miller (Jordan), Alex Miller, Jax Gorder, Jessi Gorder; twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Miller, Sr.; her son, Gregory Miller; her parents, Homer and Lolita Ortego Deshotel; son-in-law, Chad Thibodeaux, Sr.; four sisters, Hazel Fontenot, Rose Guillory, Gussie Guillory, Nazel Fontenot; two grandsons-in-law, Taylor Fontenot, Brock LeBouef; mother-in-law, Freida Miller & father-in-law, Clarence Miller, Sr.
