Gilbert Lynn Reeves passed away on Monday, November 19, 2018, at the age of 69. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018, at 10:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Burial will follow at Frey Cemetery in Mowata. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. At the request of the family visitation will begin on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 at 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice and will reopen on Wednesday at 8:00 AM until time of services. A rosary will be prayed on Tuesday at 7:00PM. Gilbert is survived by his mother, Alice L. Reeves, his companion, Cindy Hollier, three sons; Shawn Reeves and wife Marcy, Pap Reeves and wife Beverly, Mitchell Reeves and wife Nicole one brother, David Reeves, eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Gilbert was preceded in death by his father, Elray Reeves, two brothers; Buster Reeves and Boomer Reeves, one sister, Puddy Solina. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of the arrangements.
