Gilbert "Bill" Le Jeune passed away on Monday April 22, 2013 at the age of 80. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 25, 2013 at 1 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Father Nathan Comeaux will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Bill is survived by his wife, Mary J. Le Jeune of Eunice; three sons, Jerry Le Jeune of Eunice, Jamie Le Jeune of Port Barre, and Gilbert W. Le Jeune of Eunice; one brother, Wilbert Bish Le Jeune of Oberlin; four grandchildren, Jarred Le Jeune, Danielle Gaspard, Cody Le Jeune, and Aaron Le Jeune; one great grandchild, Conner Gaspard. He is preceded in death by his parents, Mike and Lena Benoit Le Jeune. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Wednesday April 24, 2013 at 9 AM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Father Nathan Comeaux at 6:30 that evening. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM on Thursday for visitation until time of service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
