Genora Thomas passed away Thursday March 21, 2013 at the age of 68. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday March 26, 2013 at 11 AM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Pastor Ron Lacombe will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Matilda's Cemetery. Genora is survived by her husband, August Thomas of Eunice; three daughters, Virginia Ann Thomas of Austin, TX, Joyce Thomas Neville and husband Elijah of Eunice; Lisa Thomas Roberson of Taylor, TX; one brother, Lennes Guillory of Eunice; eight grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents, Tommy Allison and Mary Lavergne Guillory; three sisters, Octavia Allison Joubert, Mabel Allison Shelton, Beatrice Allison Janice; eight brothers, Hanson Guillory, Ulysis Allison, Rev. Lonnie Allison, Clifton Allison, Sr., Clamen Allison, Clanney Allison, Joseph Allison, and Albert Allison; one grandchild, Jordan Wayne Neville; one great grandchild, Angel Neville. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday March 26, 2013 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home from 8 AM until the time of service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
