Fred Fruge passed away on Thursday, November 12, 2020 at the age of 78. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Emmanuel Baptist Church with Rev. Josh Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, November 16, 2020 from 12:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home of Eunice and will resume on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 at 8:00 AM until time of Services. Fred is survived by four sons, David Arnaud and wife Regina, Wilford Arnaud and wife Nanette, Robbie Arnaud and wife Susan, Kirk Arnaud; five daughters, Beverly McGee and husband Kevin, Wilda Credeur and husband Bobby, Wilma Arnaud, Stephanie Fontenot and husband Randy, Tracy Edmond and husband Kevin; one brother, L.D. Fruge and wife Lilly Mae; thirty-three grandchildren and sixty-seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Arnold Fruge; his father, Wesley Fruge; his mother Agnes Perron Fontenot; two sons, Gus Arnaud, Clyde "Kenny Boy" Arnaud; one daughter, Jackie Arnaud; one brother, Burgess Fruge and his deceased wife, Geraldine.
