Frances Ellyne Picou Bass passed away on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at the age of 75. A Memorial Service will be held at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel on Monday, April 8, 2024 at 1:30 PM with Deacon Chuck Ortego officiating. Interment of her ashes will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held Monday from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, at which time there will be a Rosary, followed by Services. Frances is survived by one son, Adam Bass; two daughters, Kristen Hebert and husband Roddy, Courtney Bass Blanchard; eight grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hebert, Brent Hebert and wife Madison, Allysa Fontenot and husband Jacob, Christopher Bass and wife Morgan, Allison Blanchard, Drew Blanchard, Justin Murry, Jordyn Murry; two great-grandchildren, Vada Fontenot and Ezra Fontenot. She was preceded in death by her parents, Albert Robert "Bubba" Picou and Mary McCarthy Picou; two brothers, Robert "Skip" Picou and Kevin Picou.
