Florence Olivier Manuel passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 at the age of 95. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 11:00 AM until time of Services on Saturday. Florence is survived by two sons, Wayne Manuel and wife Glenda, Doug Manuel and wife Marla; one sister, Alma Ortego; seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Douglas J. Manuel, her parents, Dallas and Mary Frame Olivier; one son, Calvin Manuel; three sisters, Pearl Olivier, Grace Fagan, Isabell Soileau; one grandson, Douglas Manuel, III.
