Evered Joseph Vidrine passed away on December 19, 2012 at the age of 72. Funeral Services will be held on December 20, 2012 at 1 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. Deacon David Guillory will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Joseph is survived by his wife, Dorothy Thibodeaux Vidrine of Eunice; two sons, Robert "Big V" and Melona Vidrine of Eunice, and Terry and Christine Vidrine of Tampa Bay, FL; three brothers, Edward Vidrine of Opelousas, Allen Vidrine of Washington, and Larry Vidrine of Chicot; four sisters, Jane Soileau of Chicot, Mary Vidrine of Ville Platte, Ida Mae Carrier of Lafayette, and Anna Thibodeaux of Krotz Springs; ten grand children, Megan, Morgan, Michael, Bobby, Tony, Robert Christopher, Robert Dave, Daniel, Haley, and Shelby; three great grand children, Kristine, Landon, and Michael Jr.. He is preceded in death by his parents, Olide and Hilda Dore' Vidrine, Sr.; one daughter, Jennifer Lynn Vidrine; three brothers, Murry, Curry, and Olide Vidrine Jr.. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Wednesday December 19, 2012 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home from 4 PM to 11 PM. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon David Guillory at 8 PM. The funeral home will reopen on Thursday at 8 AM until service. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
