Elza Joseph LeJeune, Jr. passed away on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at the age of 78. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with John Jenkins officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 10:00 PM on Friday, September 16, 2022 at the funeral home and will resume at 8:00 AM on Saturday until time of Services. Elza is survived by one son, Steven LeJeune and wife Kylie; three daughters, Valerie LeJeune and companion Joe Moreno, Renae LeJeune and partner Tiffany Serna, Alison Gartman Williams; four sisters, Judy Fontenot and husband Glyn, Gloria Myers and husband Jim, Tina Gary and husband Donnie, Earlene Ladelle; eleven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Melba "Connie" LeJeune just three days prior; one daughter, Denese Jenkins; his parents, Elza LeJeune, Sr. and Gurnice Miller LeJeune; one brother, Roger LeJeune. Pallbearers will be Steven LeJeune, Stephen Doga, Kevin Miller, Donnie Gary, Haven Aucoin, John Lawrence Jenkins and Collin LeJeune.
