I’m just hearing of Liz’s passing. I also met Liz at Louisiana Tech and were co-ed dorm mates, along Michael, David, Russell, and Megan at the Biomed Dorm. She was always there to lend an ear and offer advice, kind and sweet-hearted to everyone she met. She adored my niece and nephew, offering them coloring books while they stayed in her room.
Lots of gatherings in Liz’s room between all of us and staff for movies and chatting away, and the occasions for a get-together when my parents would cook for everyone at the dorm. Lost contact with her after I graduated and saddened to know she has passed. I still recall her having her dad’s picture on a nightstand next to her bed.
My sincerest condolences and prayers to her mom, sister, brothers, family, and friends.
