Earlene Thibodeaux Fontenot passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 at the age of 80. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, March 19, 2024 at St. Peter Catholic Church in Pine Prairie with Father Casey Dugas Celebrant. Burial will follow in Fontenot Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM on Monday, March 18, 2024 at St. Peter's Catholic Church Hall with a Rosary at 6:00 PM. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Tuesday until time of Services. Earlene is survived by her companion, Michael Smith; son, Randy Fontenot and wife Stephanie; daughter Renee Aucoin and companion Keith Fontenot; five grandchildren, Crystal Clark (Robby), Mindy Jack (Chris), Erika Fontenot (Kevin), Kelly Dunagan (Stefan), Bryan Aucoin (Jacie); nine great-grandchildren, Cloe, Hunter, Nathan, Kaleb, Alli, Kohlston, Lucas, Shae, Rosaira; sister-in-law, Rita Drummond. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rogers. C. Fontenot; her parents, Earl and Bernice Guillory Thibodeaux; one brother, David Thibodeaux.
