Dwayne Meaux passed away on Tuesday May 28, 2013 at the age of 51. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday May 31, 2013 at 3 PM at St. Thomas Chapel in Eunice. Father Wayne Duet will officiate. Burial will follow at St. Thomas Cemetery. Dwayne is survived by his mother, Janet C. Meaux of Oberlin; his wife, Bonnie Meaux of Eunice; one daughter, Amber Meaux of Eunice; one son, Bronson Miller and wife Katie of Eunice; two sisters, Melinda Karam of Oberlin and Madeline Allen of Elton; two brothers, Paul Meaux of Oklahoma and Greg Meaux of Oberlin; two grandchildren, Gabbie Miller and Kaleb Meaux. He is preceded in death by his father, Wallace Meaux, Jr.; and his son, Adam Meaux. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Thursday May 30, 2013 at 11 AM to 10 PM at Quirk & Son Funeral Home. A Rosary will be prayed by Deacon Chuck Ortego at 6 PM that evening. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM on Friday for visitation until time of services. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
