Dora Courville Picard passed away on Friday, December 15, 2023 at the age of 88. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 1:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, December 20, 2023 with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday until time of Services. Dora is survived by one son, Joseph Picard, Jr.; two daughters, Diana Richard, Debra Vidrine and husband Steve; one sister, Jane Rodgers; twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Picard, Sr.; her parents, Ormelle Courville and Olean Pierrottie Courville; two brothers, Morris Courville, Henry Courville; three sisters, Antoinette LaFleur, Victoria Prather, Rose Gaspard; grandson, Adam Picard and great-grandson, Tyson Soileau.
