Donald Ray Thibodeaux

Donald Ray Thibodeaux, 77, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, September 25, 2026, surrounded by the love and presence of those who meant so much to him. He was born on February 15, 1949, in Eunice, La.

Donald was a carpenter for most of his life and took great pride in his work. He had a natural talent for woodworking and enjoyed making and building things with his hands. He also loved gardening and taking care of his yard. He enjoyed keeping the grass cut, and his yard was always neat and well cared for.

Donald shared 54 wonderful years with his lifelong companion, Delores Porche Thibodeaux. He is also survived by his sister, Ella Harrell.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam Thibodeaux and Ida Thibodeaux Thibodeaux; his brother, Allen Thibodeaux; and his five sisters, Dolores LeJeune, Sherry Fontenot, Rita Manuel, Ramona “Sue” Kibodeaux, and Linda Dietz.

Donald will be deeply missed by his family and loved ones. The memories they shared with him will remain in their hearts and be cherished for years to come.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
