Dollie Kay Myers Holford was born on February 8, 1975, in Eunice, and passed away on April 25, 2026. She will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, doting grandmother, cherished daughter, and beloved sister.
Dollie’s life was deeply intertwined with the outdoors, reflecting her passion for camping, fishing, and embracing nature’s beauty. Her love extended beyond her family to animals, for whom she held great affection.
She is survived by her parents, Clifford Myers and Launa Sellers Myers; her sisters, Billie Myers Matthews (Travis), Shawn Myers, and Patti Myers; her brothers-in-law, Barry Holford (Janet) and Jim Holford (Ann); and her sister-in-law, Debbie Logan (Tom). Dollie was preceded in death by her sister, Jessica West, who remains fondly remembered.
Central to Dollie’s heart was her family. She shared her life with her husband, Tim Holford, with whom she built a lifetime of memories. Together, they raised two children: Hunter Holford (Alyse) and Harley Landreneau (Anthony). Dollie’s grandchildren—Weston, Benson, Ava, Callie, Rori, and Scarlett—held a special place in her heart, inspiring immense love and joy throughout her life.
A Funeral Service will be held to honor Dollie’s memory on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Deacon Gary Gaudin will officiate this solemn ceremony. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during visitation at Quirk & Son Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM until 9:00 PM, with a rosary led by Deacon Gaudin at 6:00 PM.
