Diana Marie Vallery Guillory, born on July 3, 1957, passed away on May 11, 2026. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM at St. Lawrence Catholic Church with Father Eric Groner Celebrant. Burial will follow in Frey Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the church the same day from 9:00 AM until time of Services.
Diane was a woman whose warmth and generosity touched the lives of many, She was known for her open heart and welcoming spirit, never meeting a stranger and always ready to extend kindness to others—even to the point of giving the shirt off her back.
Diana was a devoted family woman who poured her love into raising her three daughters, always voicing her affection and pride for them. Her love extended beyond her immediate family as she cherished her time playing bingo at the VFW with her good friend Carolyn "Tootie" Mitchell, an activity that brought her joy and camaraderie.
She is survived by her three beloved daughters: Kilie Orebo, (Christopher), Monique Duplechain (Patrick), and Courtney Conyers (Eric). Diana's familial circle also includes her brother Wilson Vallery, Jr.(Dorothy); her sister-in-law Cretia Vallery; four grandchildren—Kegon Guillory, Chandler Ventress, Sr., Moniquia Duplechain, and Kaleb Ventress—and seven great-grandchildren, Kiaiah Jones, Kegon Guillory, Jr., Arylin Guillory, Chandler Ventress, Jr., Aubrey Ventress, Carter Ventress, and Ava Ventress.
Diana was predeceased by her devoted husband, J.C. John Guillory, her loving parents Wilson Vallery, Sr. and Marjorie Bellard Vallery, two brothers Early Vallery, Sr. and Archer Vallery, and a sister, Mary Earline Ceasar.
Her presence was a blessing to all who knew her—a true friend and family pillar whose kindness and strength will be deeply missed but forever remembered. Diana Marie Vallery Guillory’s legacy of love and generosity remains a guiding light for her family and friends.
