Derrick Jacque Perkins passed away on Monday, September 8, 2025 at the age of 50. A Celebration of Life will be held at Quirk & Son Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. A Graveside Service for interment of his ashes will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 22, 2025 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. Derrick is survived by his daughter, Lauren Reynolds (Jason); two step-brothers, Shannon Perkins, Anthony Perkins; two aunts, Becky Doucet (Chris), Bridget Doucet (Bill); cousins, Nikki Carrier (Joey), Trevor Doucet (Kylie), Trenton Doucet. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lawrence Perkins and Jennifer Doucet Perkins; his step-brother, Eddie Perkins and his cousin, Nathan Chaddick.
