Denise Fontenot Guidry passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at the age of 60. A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 11:00 AM at Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Pastor Woody Gunnels will officiate. At the request of the family, visitation will be on Monday, May 6, 2019 from 9:00 AM until time of Service. Denise is survived by one daughter; Angel Sylestine and husband Burley, one sister; Geneva Reed, one brother; Gerald Fontenot, four grandchildren; Macy, Connor, Spencer and Grace. Denise was preceded in death by her parents; Hampton J. Fontenot and Clara Aguillard Fontenot, one son; B.J. Achten, one brother, James Donald "J.D." Fontenot. Quirk and Son Funeral Home in Eunice is in charge of arrangements.
