David Wade Teachout passed away in Odessa Texas on Thursday, May 20, 2021 at the age of 52. A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 PM on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home of Eunice with Deacon Gary Gaudin officiating. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at Quirk & Son. David is survived by his wife, Sheriee Warner Teachout; two sons, Kody Teachout, Ty Teachout and fiancé Richlyn Prather; one daughter, Crystal Guidry and husband Casey; one sister, Mary Janie Teachout; two grandchildren, Waylon and Watson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Everette and Dorothy Doddy Teachout.
