David McManus passed away on Friday, February 19, 2016, at the age of 74.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 24, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. Rev. Allen Weishampel and Rev. Mike Paris will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Eunice. Rev. Billy Francois will preside at the gravesite.

David is survived by his wife Patricia Darbonne McManus of Iowa; one daughter, Beth M. Calais and husband Michael of La Porte, TX; two sons, David Todd McManus and wife Rhonda of Parker, CO and Michael Wayne McManus and wife Jerri Lynne of New Caney, TX; three sisters, Beth M. Odom of Lake Charles, Susie M. Courville of Eunice, and Cindy M. Street of Eunice; two brothers, Charles McManus and wife Betty of Lake Charles and Bill McManus and wife Shirley of Iowa; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

David was preceded in death by his parents, Nathan H. McManus and Betty Carpenter McManus and one brother, Jack McManus.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. The funeral home will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday for visitation until the time of service.
