Daniel Bearb passed away on Wednesday February 27, 2013 at the age of 66. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday March 2, 2013 at 12 PM at St. Thomas More Catholic Church. Father Cedric Sonnier will officiate. Burial will follow at a later date at Gott's Cove Cemetery in Gott's Cove, LA. Daniel is survived by his wife, Joyce A Bearb of Eunice; one son, Doniel J. Bearb and his wife Heather of Eunice; two step daughters, Cynthia and her husband, Terry Bergeron of Lake Charles and Jessica and her husband, Kenneth Bussey of Phoenix, AZ; three step sons, Edward and wife, Jo Beth Bourgeois, Jr. of Kaplan, Bryan Bourgeois of Basile, Eric and and his wife, Siv Bourgeois of Sulphur; three brothers, Ronald and his wife, Hazel Bearb of Church Point, Donald and his wife, Joyce Bearb of Morgan City, and Peter and his wife, Maria Bearb of The Woodlands, TX; one sister, Sue and her husband, Sidney Cormier of Church Point; three grandchildren, nineteen step grandchildren, and twenty-two step great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Aurelien and Hilda Richard Bearb. At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Friday March 1, 2013 from 1 PM to 9 PM. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:30 PM by Deacon David Guillory. The funeral home will reopen at 8 AM Saturday for visitation until time of services. Quirk & Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
