Dale Rougeau, born June 15, 1936 , died on Saturday, November 21, 2009, at OakLane Wellness Center. Dale was 73 years old. He is survived by his 2 sons, Karl J. Rougeau and his wife Lori of Oakdale and Jacob P. Rougeau and his wife, Shanna of Pearland, TX; 4 daughters, Sherry Rougeau Berger and husband, Fred of Lake Charles, Karen Rougeau Creasman and her husband Bill of Rockport, TX, Penny Rougeau Ford and husband, Drew of Kinder, Jodie Rougeau LeJeune and husband, Thad of Eunice; 10 grandchildren, Anthony & Angelle Duhon, Candace & Joshua Creasman, Kristian & Payton Fruge, Taryn Ford, Brett LeJeune, Ella & Abram Rougeau. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugea & Lelia Savoy Rougeau; a sister, Eugenia "Ching" R. Veillon. Visitation will begin on Sunday at 2 PM until 8 PM. Deacon David Guillory will pray the rosary at 6 PM. The funeral home will reopen on Monday at 8 AM until service at 2 PM at St. Anthony's Catholic Church. The burial will follow at St. Edward Catholic Cemetery in Richard.
