Cynthia Richard Vincent passed away on Tuesday, July 26, 2022 at the age of 59. No Services have been planned at this time. Cynthia is survived by her husband, David Vincent, Sr.; two sons, David Vincent, Jr. and wife Heather, Delton Vincent and wife Dana; two daughters, Cheri Ware and husband Kenneth, Chrystal Thevis; one brother, Ronald Richard; one sister, Vickie Richard; eleven grandchildren, Neil, Abie, Zoey, David III, Maddie, KiKi, Paige, Kylie, Alyssa, Courtney and Kenny. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Delton Richard and Lois Picard Richard.
