Courtland Dwayne Ledoux's Obituary
Courtland LeDoux, a cherished son, brother, and father, passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2024, at the young age of 25, following a tragic accident. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:30 PM on Friday, February 23, 2024 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Weldon Blaine Hebert officiating. Burial will follow in Reed Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday from 8:30 AM until time of Services.
Born on May 26, 1998, to Tennille Willis and Jody Brignac, Courtland was a radiant blessing to our family. His love for the outdoors was ignited at the tender age of 7 when he embarked on his first fishing trip. This passion extended to frogging, hunting, and various outdoor activities, reflecting his profound admiration for nature. This love for the outdoors led him to a fulfilling career in the tree-cutting business.
Courtland's unexpected departure has left our family in deep sorrow. His absence will be felt forever. Known for his sweet, kind, and loving soul, Courtland was a joy to be around and a blessing to know. His memory will forever be etched in our hearts.
Courtland is survived by his mother Tennille Willis Fontenot and stepdad Shane; his siblings Matthew Willis, Cody Brignac, Morgan Willis, Caleb Ledoux, Peyton Ledoux, Bailyn Ashford, Ethan Ashford, and Londyn Coleman; a host of nieces and nephews. He leaves behind his two beloved children, Cyrus and Colson, and their mothers, Sydni and Caitlin Doucet (his companion), as well as his step-daughter, Ellie Jagneaux.
Courtland's love for his family was immense and unwavering. He has left an indelible mark on our lives during the time we were fortunate to have him with us. His memory will continue to live on in our hearts, and he will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
