Born Tuesday, January 8, 1935 in Church Point, Louisiana.He was the husband of Mae Winters Bellard of Eunice, LA.

Also surviving are four step-daughters, Connie Thibodeaux of Eunice, LA, Tammy Manuel of Basile, LA, Trudy Dietz of Eunice, LA and Alisha Boone of Eunice, LA, one step-son, Ricky Johnson of Palestine, TX, one brother, Micky Bellard of Eunice, LA, two sisters, Betty Garcille of Lake Charles, LA and Linda Soileau of Lake Charles, LA; 11 grand children; 8 great grand children.He is preceded in death by his parents, George Bellard and Eva Maher and his son, Clarence Bellard, Jr.; brother, Bobby Bellard; sister Bessie Fletcher. A Funeral service officiated by Br. Ron Lacombe will be at 11:00 AM on Saturday at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice, LA. Burial to follow in St. Paul Cemetery, Eunice, LA.The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday, February 25, 2011, at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice, LA.
