Clara Blanchard Daigle passed away on Tuesday, July 28, 2015, at the age of 83.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Eunice. Msg. Robert Romero will officiate. Burial will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Clara is survived by her daughter, Liz Dupre and husband of Eunice; three grandchildren, Tod Dupre, Stacey Beard, and Haley Toups; and eight great-grandchildren.

Clara was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Blanchard and Agnes Francois; her husband, Conrad J. Daigle; one sister, Elaine Boyer; and two brother, Gorney Richard and Edward Blanchard.

At the request of the family, visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 29, 2015, from 2:00 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Quirk & Son Funeral Home in Eunice. A Rosary will be prayed at 6:00 p.m. by Deacon Gary Gaudin. The funeral home will reopen Thursday morning at 8:00 a.m. for visitation until the time of service.
