Cheryl Ann Caswell Manuel passed away on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at the age of 72. A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00 PM on Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at Quirk & Son Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Chris Frye officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. At the request of family, visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until time of Services on Wednesday. Cheryl is survived by three sons, Troy Fontenot and wife Lisa, Casey Fontenot, Eric Scott Fontenot; three daughters, Denise Ortego and husband Chad, Penni Fontenot, Sarah LaFleur and husband Moise; two brothers, Viel "Jay" Caswell, Jr., Charles Caswell; three sisters, Susan Miller, Margaret Young and husband Wendell, Paula Cappo and husband Craig; fourteen grandchildren, Mallory, Vivian, Chase, Devin, McKenzie, Grace, Emma, Ariel, Emily, Hannah, Eden, Ava, Nathan, Destiny; nine great-grandchildren, Stella, Annabelle, Leanna, Blake, Drake, Carson, Rhyleigh, Levi and Kya. She was preceded in death by her parents, Viel P. Caswell and Theresa Miller Caswell.
