Charles Franklin Harrell passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on November 1, 1956, Charles leaves behind a legacy of love and deep devotion to his family and all those fortunate enough to know him. No services have been planned at this time.
A cherished husband, Charles is survived by his beloved wife, Orelia Bellard, whose companionship enriched every chapter of his life. Charles and Orelia built a life together filled with warmth, shared joys, and unwavering support.
Charles was a proud and loving father to his sons William Harrell, Easton Harrell, Ethan Bellard, and Elliot Bellard, as well as his daughters Jessica Moores and Shonda Bellard. He delighted in their achievements, offered wisdom and guidance, and remained a steadfast presence throughout their lives. For Charles, family was his foundation, and his love knew no bounds.
Charles is also survived by his mother, Jerline Johnson Macworthy and brothers, Michael Harrell (Paula) and Kevin Harrell, whose shared memories and sibling bonds were treasured. Their relationships were sources of comfort, strength, and laughter, sustaining Charles through life’s many moments.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Harrell, and his sisters Kathy Harrell and Julie Harrell. Their memories remained close to his heart and influenced the compassionate man he became.
Those who knew Charles Franklin Harrell remember him for his integrity, kindness, and quiet strength. He lived his life with purpose, prioritizing what mattered most: his loved ones.
