Charles Joseph Francois, Sr. passed away on Sunday, April 21, 2024 at the age of 81. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, April 25, 2024 at 10:00 AM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Hampton Davis Celebrant. Entombment will follow in St. Paul Mausoleum. At the request of family, visitation will be held at Quirk & Son Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 24, 2024 with a Rosary at 6:00 PM by Deacon Gary Gaudin. Visitation will resume at 8:00 AM on Thursday until time of departure for Services. Charles is survived by three sons, Shane Francois, Charles J Francois, Jr., James Francois; four daughters, Kimberly Manuel, Angela Guillory, Lisa Duplechin, Lacey Enicke; three brothers, Garland Francois, Russell Francois, Jason Francois; two sisters, Debbie Ball, Millie Ruedemann; seventeen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Gillard Francois; his parents, Roger and Widna Thibodeaux Francois; his sister, Lou Anna Fontenot; two great-grandchildren, Falyn and Shayna Francois.
